Customer-supplied garments are embroidered at the customer's risk. While every precaution is taken, PixEnvy is not responsible for defects, damage, or replacement costs resulting from embroidery on customer-provided items

Any order requested for completion <5 business days of artwork approval and payment is considered a rush order and may be subject to additional rush fees.
Because production begins shortly after order approval, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
Before Artwork Approval
Orders canceled before artwork approval and production scheduling may receive a full refund, less any design, digitizing, or artwork preparation fees that have already been incurred.
After Artwork Approval
Once artwork, proofs, or mockups have been approved, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order total may apply to cover labor, design time, materials, and production scheduling costs.
After Production Has Begun
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed custom items.
Custom and Special-Order Materials
Any garments, blanks, specialty threads, patches, or other custom materials ordered specifically for your project are non-refundable once purchased.
Rush Orders
Rush order fees are non-refundable once production has been scheduled and prioritized.
Customer-Provided Items
If embroidery or customization has begun on customer-provided items, no refunds will be issued for services performed. PixEnvy is not responsible for replacing customer-provided items if an order is canceled after production has started.
How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellation requests are not considered approved until confirmed by PixEnvy.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these cancellation terms.
All custom orders are final sale.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
* Custom embroidery
* DTF transfers
* Personalized or made-to-order pieces
Once your design is approved, it becomes uniquely yours — and cannot be restocked or resold.
Design Approval = Final Confirmation
Before production, you’ll review and approve your design. This includes:
* Spelling & wording
* Colors & placement
* Garment selection & sizing
Once approved, your order moves into production.
If Something Isn’t Right
We stand on quality — always.
If your item arrives:
* Damaged
* Defective
* Or not matching your approved design
Contact us within 5 days of delivery at [pixenvy@comcast.net] with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the issue
If confirmed, we will:
* Remake your item, or
* Offer store credit or a refund, depending on the situation
What We Don’t Cover
Because each item is custom, we’re unable to offer returns for:
* Incorrect size selection
* Preference changes after approval
* Minor variations (thread texture, slight placement differences, etc.)
Shipping
* Shipping costs are non-refundable
* If we made the error, we’ll take care of it — including replacement shipping
